ASK YOUR GENERAL ASSEMBLY CANDIDATES TO ENDORSE THE DIME A DRINK ALCOHOL TAX
FOR HEALTH CARE & COMMUNITY SERVICES
The Health Care for All! Coalition sent a letter to all candidates running for the Maryland General Assembly asking them to endorse the Lorraine Sheehan Health Care and Community Services Resolution. The Resolution calls for a dime a drink increase in the state alcohol tax to save lives from alcohol abuse and to fund health care coverage, services for people with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, alcohol and drug prevention and treatment, tobacco prevention and cessation and health care worker training.
Help us by asking your candidates to endorse the proposal and send in their signed resolutions today!
